Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to secured communities and professional buildings in the Hamptons at Boca Raton area?

Accepted Answer

Most residential properties in this area are located within gated communities that require security clearance. You must provide the name of the development and the recipient's phone number at checkout so we can pass through the security gate. For professional buildings, we deliver directly to the front desk or main reception area.

Question 2

Will my flowers be left at a gate or delivered to the door?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the suburban residential layout. We carry the flowers directly to the door or leave them with a concierge in secured buildings. Including a gate code or specific unit number prevents the delivery from being held up at a community entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot access a gated property or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If we cannot reach the recipient, we attempt to leave the flowers with the community gatehouse or a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a stem of the same color and value to maintain the arrangement's style. Providing a secondary contact number reduces the risk of a failed delivery due to restricted community access.
