Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in Haines City?

Accepted Answer

This city contains a mix of older street-front properties and newer residential developments with gated entry kiosks. For medical campuses or professional offices, you must provide the specific department or suite number because these facilities are spread across wide, low-rise grounds. Including a gate access code at checkout ensures the driver can reach a residential doorstep without stopping at a security perimeter.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered and what if the property is hard to access?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s spread-out suburban layout and residential porch designs. Because many properties feature deep setbacks or shared entry points, drivers walk the flowers directly to the primary door or the building's main reception desk. Providing a secondary contact number is helpful for navigating properties where the front door is not visible from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is away, the driver will leave the flowers in a secure spot near the door or with a community gate attendant if the residence is behind a security wall. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of the same size and color to maintain the arrangement's appearance. Including the recipient’s mobile number and specific instructions for gated communities helps prevent the driver from having to return the flowers to the shop.
