Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the professional medical corridor and multi-wing offices?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the centralized medical complexes and professional suites on the peninsula, provide the specific suite number and department at checkout. These buildings often have multiple wings and restricted entry points that require precise interior directions to reach the correct recipient. This information allows the courier to navigate the facility and deliver directly to the office desk.

Question 2

Will my flowers be left at the curb or hand-delivered to the door?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the long private drives and steep lakeside terrain common in this area. Provide any necessary gate codes or specific instructions for properties set far back from the main road so the driver can reach the porch. This direct hand-off is necessary because many residential mailboxes are located on the main road, far from the actual house.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or the building is locked?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a gated waterfront estate or a secured business, the driver will call the provided phone number to arrange a safe drop-off. If a specific flower is unavailable, it will be replaced with a stem of equal value that matches the original color and size. Including the recipient’s direct mobile number is the best way to avoid a failed delivery at properties with restricted access.
