Question 1

How does delivery work for medical centers and secured buildings in Gresham?

Accepted Answer

Gresham medical campuses consist of multiple separate buildings, so a specific building number and department name is required at checkout. For the city's many gated residential complexes, you must provide the entry code or the recipient’s phone number for the security keypad. These details ensure the driver can move past perimeter gates and deliver directly to the correct interior door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city's different residential layouts?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the recipient's door, never shipped in a cardboard box. In the city’s multi-story apartment complexes, the driver uses the building intercom or checks in with the resident manager to gain access. Providing specific instructions for secured entryways prevents the driver from having to leave the arrangement at an unattended outer gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not at a secured building, the arrangement is left with the front desk or building manager. For single-family homes with open street access, the driver places the flowers on the porch and contacts the recipient by phone. If a specific flower is unavailable, a replacement of equal value is used to ensure the delivery arrives on the scheduled date.
