Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and secure facilities in Goddard?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large-scale government campuses in this city require the recipient’s building number, wing, and office suite. Security checkpoints often stop drivers from reaching individual desks, so provide the name of the designated mailroom or reception point. This ensures the flowers are accepted at the security gate for internal distribution.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and office complexes?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to manage the long driveways and secure office complexes found throughout this area. The driver navigates through visitor lanes at checkpoints and delivers to residential front doors. Providing floor numbers for multi-story office buildings helps the driver locate the drop-off point within large complexes.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or flowers are out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a secured campus is unavailable, the driver will leave the flowers with the authorized security desk or front office staff. For residential areas, the driver will place the flowers on the porch if the door is not answered. Including the recipient’s direct phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at locked building gates.
