Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Gentry?

Accepted Answer

Gentry primarily features low-rise professional buildings and single-story medical clinics where we deliver directly to the front reception desk. When placing your order, provide the specific suite number or department name to help our drivers navigate these sprawling office clusters. This ensures the arrangement is left at the correct entrance rather than a general loading area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in Gentry and how does the city layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the wide porches and residential layouts common throughout the city. Because many properties on the outskirts of town have long driveways or gated entrances, please include any gate codes or specific turn-by-turn instructions at checkout. These details allow our drivers to reach the home directly and avoid delays caused by locked perimeter fences.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a sheltered spot on the porch or a shaded area out of view from the street. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that preserves the original color palette and size of the arrangement. Providing a local phone number for the recipient helps us resolve delivery issues for homes located on rural roads where neighbors may not be close by.
