Question 1

How does delivery work for the gated residential developments and large-lot properties in Friant?

Accepted Answer

Drivers provide door-to-door service for both the open residential streets and the secured, gated developments in this community. You must provide the gate access code and specific instructions for homes with long driveways or perimeter fencing at checkout. This information is required for the driver to reach the front door of properties set back from the public road.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a residence in the Friant area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered in person to accommodate the spread-out residential layout and private lanes found here. Boxed shipping is not used because local drivers must navigate specific property entries that automated carriers may struggle to find. Including a description of the house or a visible house number helps the driver identify homesites in more rural sections of the city.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the order in a covered porch area to account for the open terrain and lack of natural shade on most Friant homesites. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is made to maintain the look of the arrangement. Providing the recipient's phone number is necessary to coordinate entry for properties with locked gates or shared private drives.
