Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campuses and corporate business parks in Franklin?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to these sprawling multi-building complexes require a specific suite, department, or room number at checkout. Because these properties have multiple security checkpoints and separate entrances, this information ensures the courier reaches the correct reception desk. Providing the exact building name or wing helps avoid delays caused by navigating these large professional grounds.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential subdivisions and gated communities in Franklin?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the recipient's front door or the designated intake desk for the city’s gated senior living complexes. For homes with long driveways or properties with keypad access, you must include the gate code or specific entry instructions at checkout. This allows the courier to complete the delivery at the door rather than leaving the item at a perimeter gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable at a professional building or residential address?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present at a Franklin business park or home, the courier will leave the arrangement with a front-desk receptionist or in a sheltered area near the entrance. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a stem of the same color and value to maintain the original style. Including a recipient’s mobile phone number allows the courier to coordinate access if a building is locked or a driveway is blocked.
