Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to our local medical centers, funeral homes, and secured residential buildings?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building number, floor, and any gate entry codes at checkout to ensure access to our city’s many gated residential clusters and set-back properties. For medical complexes or office parks, we deliver to the main reception desk or designated receiving area as required by their secure-entry protocols. These details allow us to navigate controlled-access points without delay.

Question 2

Will my flowers arrive in a box or be delivered by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the sprawling suburban layout and long driveways common here. You must provide a valid recipient phone number so we can coordinate entry for properties with locked gate perimeters or restricted lobby access. This direct hand-off ensures the order is received safely at residential or professional addresses.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present at a residential home with a secure porch, we leave the flowers and notify them using the contact number you provided. When a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the original shape and size. Providing a secondary gate code or a neighbor's contact information helps prevent failed deliveries at multi-story medical buildings or gated communities.
