Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to hospitals, offices, and gated communities in Fort Pierce North?

Accepted Answer

Medical centers in this area consist of multiple low-rise buildings and sprawling wings rather than a single tower. You must provide the specific wing name and room number at checkout to ensure the driver reaches the correct desk. For deliveries to the many gated residential communities, include the gate code or the recipient’s phone number so the driver can pass the security kiosk.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered, and how does the local layout affect the delivery?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the recipient's door to navigate the mix of business plazas and residential streets. Many homes in this city have deep setbacks or carports instead of traditional front porches. Provide instructions on whether to leave the arrangement at a side door or under a carport to keep it shielded from the street view.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a gated property, security rules prevent the driver from leaving the arrangement at the gatehouse. You must provide a current phone number for the recipient so the driver can coordinate entry or a return time. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that matches the original color and size.
