Question 1

How does delivery work for offices, clinics, and residential areas in Forsyth?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the county offices or medical clinics require the department name and room number at checkout. For homes on the sloped roads near the water, you must provide the exact house number and any gate codes for fenced driveways. These details help the driver find the correct entrance in the administrative district or on private lakefront lots.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door to navigate the steep driveways and gravel roads found throughout the town. This method keeps the flowers upright and protected on the winding routes between the main highway and residential hills. Providing a description of the house helps the driver locate homes where mailboxes are clustered at the end of a private road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, the driver places the flowers in a sheltered area protected from the sun and wind common to properties near the lake. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that matches the original style. Providing a secondary phone number ensures the driver can contact the recipient if they encounter a locked gate or a secured office lobby.
