Question 1

How do you ensure delivery reaches the correct person at local offices or medical sites?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the city’s large industrial manufacturing complexes or small medical clinics, provide the specific department name and desk location at checkout. These details allow the driver to navigate through gated employee entrances and security checkpoints where general access is restricted. Providing a direct extension for the recipient helps the driver coordinate with front-desk staff in these secured work environments.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by hand or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the city’s mix of residential streets and spread-out rural properties. Include specific instructions if the home has a long driveway or a porch that is not visible from the main road. Accurate porch descriptions help the driver find the correct entrance quickly in areas where house numbers are not clearly marked on the street.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available at a residence, the driver will leave the gift in a shaded area on the porch or with a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is made to keep the arrangement the same size and shape. Providing the recipient’s phone number is the best way to prevent failed deliveries to properties with locked gates or restricted driveway access.
