Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to large facilities like the medical campus or the university?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building name and room or suite number for all medical campus and university housing orders. These facilities have multiple entry points and restricted keycard access that require delivery to a central reception desk or mailroom. Accurate department names ensure the arrangement reaches the correct staff member or student.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential and downtown areas?

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver all arrangements rather than using shipping boxes. In the historic downtown area where street parking is limited, we use commercial loading zones to access multi-story office buildings. For residential properties with long driveways or houses set back from the street, providing clear gate codes or entrance descriptions prevents delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a secure, sheltered spot on the porch or leave the flowers with a neighbor. When a specific flower variety is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal or higher value. Providing a recipient's phone number is necessary for accessing gated residential communities or secure business suites.
