Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large business parks and the college campus?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building number, floor, and suite for corporate office parks or the specific hall name for campus deliveries at checkout. These details are required for couriers to pass through security checkpoints or locate the correct entrance within large multi-building complexes. This ensures the flowers reach the recipient’s desk or department directly.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and storefronts in this area?

Accepted Answer

A driver hand-delivers your arrangement to the door to accommodate the mix of busy downtown storefronts and suburban residential blocks. For locations along the main commercial corridor where street parking is restricted, providing a secondary or rear entrance helps the driver avoid access delays. This method keeps the arrangement intact and avoids the issues associated with boxed shipping.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient cannot be reached at an office or secured property?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to corporate offices, we leave the flowers with the front desk or security station if the recipient is away from their desk. Including a recipient's phone number and any gate codes for residential properties helps the driver coordinate entry at secured locations. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value to maintain the original color and size.
