Question 1

Can you deliver to local hospitals, office parks, and gated communities in Fairfield?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the main reception desks of the city’s large medical campuses and multi-story office complexes. For gated residential communities, you must provide the gate code or the recipient's phone number at checkout. These details allow our drivers to bypass security checkpoints common in the city's newer housing developments.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered within the city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a local driver to ensure the arrangement remains upright and intact. In suburban areas with long driveways or hidden entrances, providing specific unit numbers helps us find the correct door quickly. For deliveries to commercial zones, please include the suite number and floor to help the driver navigate the building layout.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is at a secured medical facility or restricted office and cannot be reached, we leave the arrangement with the designated front desk or security station. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original style. Providing a secondary contact number reduces the risk of a failed delivery to the city’s many secure-access properties.
