Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, and businesses in Fairfield?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large medical campus require a specific pavilion or wing name because many entrances are restricted to staff or emergency vehicles. For residential street addresses, include whether there is a porch or side entrance at checkout. These details ensure the driver uses the correct gate or entrance on the first attempt.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered here, and what information is needed for the city’s layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the transition between dense residential blocks and sprawling industrial zones. Provide a suite number or department name for deliveries to the city's large office complexes. This helps the driver find the correct drop-off point when curb access is limited or restricted to service vehicles.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the flowers with a desk clerk at the medical center or in a secure spot at a residence. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a different variety of the same color and value. Including a recipient phone number allows us to coordinate entry if the driver encounters a locked gate or a secured building lobby.
