Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in Estero?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries in Estero reach gated residential developments, medical campuses, and office complexes. You must provide the gate access code and the specific building name during checkout. These details are required for the driver to pass through security checkpoints and find the correct entrance within large multi-building properties.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered because boxed shipments are rejected at the security gates of Estero's residential communities. The courier brings the arrangement directly to the home or office desk. Providing a phone number for the recipient allows the driver to request entry at the perimeter gate if the community security requires it.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, the driver attempts to leave the flowers with a neighbor or at a secure porch within the gated community. When a flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value. Including the suite number for office parks or the department name for medical buildings reduces the risk of the delivery being blocked at a main security gate.
