Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Elysian?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to funeral services or small professional offices, enter the specific room number or department at checkout. This ensures the driver finds the correct entrance among the low-rise buildings along the central corridor. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient helps if a professional building has a locked street-level door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city's layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the unique layout of homes situated on the narrow land between the two lakes. Specify at checkout whether the delivery should be left at the street-side entrance or the lakeside door. Detailed instructions for properties with long driveways or steep terrain help prevent delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a secure spot on a covered porch. When a specific flower is not in stock, we use a different flower of equal value to keep the arrangement the same size. For seasonal properties, providing a contact number confirms if the home is currently occupied so the delivery is not left at an empty residence.
