Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large employment centers and secured facilities in Eloy?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes and the large-scale secured institutional facilities located on the outskirts of the city. Provide the specific building number and department name at checkout to ensure our drivers can navigate security checkpoints. Accurate contact information for the recipient is required for access to gated housing developments and restricted work sites.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the Eloy layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the door rather than shipped in boxes. Because many properties sit on large acreage or have long driveways, please specify if the residence is clearly visible from the main road. Including gate codes for properties with perimeter fencing prevents the driver from having to leave the site.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, we leave the order in a secure, covered area near the entrance. If a specific bloom is missing, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color scheme. Providing a secondary phone number is essential for deliveries to rural addresses where house numbers are set back far from the road.
