Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and residential buildings in Elba?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the compact residential streets in the village center and the sprawling agricultural properties on the outskirts. For rural farmhouses, please specify if the delivery should go to the main residence or a specific side entrance. Providing a clear description of the house or property helps our team identify the correct entrance on long rural roads.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door of village homes and outlying farm residences. Because this area consists of open-access properties rather than secured high-rises, we typically leave items on a protected front porch. For homes with long driveways or properties set far back from the road, please note if there are any specific access points we should use.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the arrangement is left at the main entry of the village house or farmhouse. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original size and color. Including a recipient phone number is the best way to prevent failed deliveries to remote rural addresses where house numbers may be difficult to see from the road.
