Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various medical offices and secured apartment complexes in Edgewood?

Accepted Answer

You must provide the specific suite number, building letter, or department name at checkout to ensure the driver can navigate the multi-building layouts in this area. For gated residential communities, please include the entry code or confirm that a front desk is authorized to accept deliveries. This information is necessary because many properties here have restricted access or central mailrooms that do not accept perishable items.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential streets and townhome clusters?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to ensure they arrive intact. In the local suburban layouts, drivers look for a shaded porch or a secure entryway away from the sidewalk. Providing details about the unit's location relative to the shared parking area helps avoid delays in these densely grouped residential zones.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a secure location, unless the address is within a restricted-access business park. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the color and style of the order. Providing a local contact number for the recipient is the most effective way to prevent a failed delivery at addresses near the high-security perimeters.
