Question 1

How does delivery work for medical suites and gated properties?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to professional medical suites or multi-story office buildings, enter the suite number and department name at checkout. Gated residential properties require a gate code or specific entry instructions for the driver to reach the front door. These details ensure the delivery is not stopped at a security desk or gate.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to homes and offices rather than sent through a shipping service. Because many residential properties are located on streets set back from the main commercial roads, hand delivery helps the driver find the correct entrance. Providing a recipient phone number allows the driver to locate properties with long driveways or units not visible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we leave the arrangement with a reception desk or in a secure porch area. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar stem of equal value to maintain the shape of the arrangement. Including a gate code and a working phone number for the recipient reduces the chance of a failed delivery at a secured property.
