Question 1

How do I ensure delivery to a local business or residential address?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries along the main commercial corridors, provide the suite number and business name to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance. Residential orders for homes located on dead-end canal streets require a specific house number and any instructions for properties with gated driveways. These details allow for direct hand-off at both busy storefronts and private waterfront residences.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the varying porch and driveway layouts of these suburban homes. This method allows the driver to navigate properties with deep front lawns or side-facing entrances common in this area. Providing the specific door for drop-off helps avoid confusion at houses with multiple entry points.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a residential address, the driver looks for a secure location away from the street-facing side of the house. In the event of a specific flower shortage, the arrangement is completed using stems of the same color and value to ensure the order is fulfilled on the requested day. Including a recipient phone number is the best way to resolve access issues for professional offices that have restricted lobby hours.
