Question 1

How does delivery work for different locations in Dundee?

Accepted Answer

For residences in the village center, provide specific apartment numbers for units located above main street storefronts. For rural properties outside the village, include the house number as it appears on the roadside mailbox to identify properties set back from the road. These details ensure drivers find the correct entrance on long driveways or multi-use buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to accommodate the local layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box to account for the rural distance between properties. In the village, drivers manage street-side access to reach front porches or business desks directly. Providing a gate code or specific instructions for long, unpaved driveways prevents the driver from leaving the item at the road.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the arrangement in a sheltered area on the porch because this area lacks secure public lobbies. If a specific bloom is unavailable, it is replaced with a flower of the same size and value to maintain the arrangement's shape. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver confirm the correct house when property signage is missing on rural routes.
