Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, offices, or gated buildings in Drexel Heights?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to medical campuses require a specific building letter and room number because these facilities are spread across multiple detached wings. For gated residential communities, you must provide an entry code or a working phone number for the recipient at checkout. These details allow the driver to pass through perimeter security points and reach the correct door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the Drexel Heights area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the low-density residential layout and deep property setbacks common in this area. Drivers navigate the mix of paved and unpaved residential roads to bring the flowers directly to the front entrance. Providing specific instructions for properties with long driveways helps the driver locate the correct house.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver looks for a shaded area near the door or leaves the flowers with a neighbor in the residential block. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a variety of equal size and value. Providing a recipient’s phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at gated properties or houses set far back from the main road.
