Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local service buildings or clinics?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to clinics and small-scale service buildings are made directly to the main reception or administrative desk. Provide the specific department or room number to help the courier navigate these single-story layouts. For residential properties with long driveways, include notes if the house is not clearly visible from the main road.

Question 2

Are the flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out residential layout of the town. Couriers navigate wide lots where houses are often set back significantly from the street. Providing details about porch access or preferred side-door placement helps ensure the flowers are left in a secure location.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the courier finds a shaded spot on the porch or a protected area near the entrance. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that maintains the same style. Including a recipient phone number helps the courier confirm the correct turn-off for properties located along rural highway stretches.
