Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the many resorts and private lake houses in Diamond Point?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to lakeside resorts or properties with multiple dwellings on one lot, provide the specific unit or cabin number during checkout. Many entrances along the lake involve private drives or gated access where a keypad code is required for entry. These details ensure the driver can navigate past the main entrance to the correct doorstep.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the winding lakeside roads and long gravel driveways characteristic of the area. The driver carries the arrangement directly to the door of the residence or resort unit to prevent damage. Including specific driveway instructions helps the driver locate homes that are set back or hidden from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the driver will look for a sheltered porch or leave the item with a resort front desk for seasonal visitors. When a specific flower is unavailable, a similar blossom of equal value is used to maintain the arrangement style. Providing a recipient’s cell phone number reduces failed deliveries for properties where houses are difficult to see from the street.
