Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and professional buildings in Desoto?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the multi-wing medical clusters and sprawling professional offices located throughout the city. Provide the specific suite number, department name, or building letter at checkout so the driver can navigate the correct entrance. These details are required because many local medical and business complexes have centralized security desks that restrict direct access to individual rooms.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the city’s residential layout of deep setbacks and gated entries. For homes in the city's many gated communities or properties with long driveways, enter the gate code or specific entry instructions at checkout. This information allows the driver to reach the front door directly without being stopped at a keypad or security kiosk.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a shaded area of the porch or with a neighbor, depending on the property's access. In professional buildings or senior living centers, orders are left with the front desk or concierge according to the facility's security protocol. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value to ensure the order still reaches the recipient on the scheduled date.
