Question 1

How do you ensure delivery reaches the correct address in Dayton?

Accepted Answer

Most properties in this area consist of residential homes situated on large acreage or farm plots. Provide the house color or specific gate instructions at checkout if the residence is set back significantly from the main road. These details ensure the delivery person finds the correct entrance on these sprawling rural properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the layout of this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in boxes. The low density of the area allows for direct vehicle access to residential porches and farm offices without the need for street parking or loading zones. Including a secondary phone number helps if the property has a long private drive that is difficult for a driver to navigate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home at a residential property, the arrangement is left in a protected area near the front door or porch. When specific flowers are unavailable, we substitute them with the closest available variety to maintain the size and value of the order. Providing a description of the mailbox or a specific landmark on the property helps prevent failed deliveries at these spread-out locations.
