Question 1

How do you ensure flowers are delivered correctly to offices, hospitals, and secured buildings in Dallas?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the city's large medical campuses require a specific building number and department name because these facilities have several disconnected entrances. For gated residential subdivisions, you must provide the entry code or a working phone number for the recipient at checkout. These details allow the driver to pass through security checkpoints and reach the correct desk or door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and what information is needed for different property types?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the transition from the tight street parking of the historic downtown area to the long driveways of newer residential developments. The driver carries the arrangement directly to the porch of a home or the lobby of a professional office. Including a specific suite number is necessary for office buildings to ensure the driver finds the correct floor.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is away, the driver looks for a shaded area on the porch, which is standard for the city's homes situated on large, open lots. If a specific stem is unavailable, we use a flower of equal value that matches the style of the original design. Providing the recipient's phone number helps the driver identify the correct entrance for properties set far back from the main road.
