Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campuses and gated communities in Cypress?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to multi-structure medical campuses require the specific building name and department or suite number at checkout. For master-planned residential areas, you must provide the gate access code to ensure the driver can reach the front door. These details prevent the driver from being held at security kiosks or main campus entrances.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered in a box or by hand across the suburban layout of this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the wide driveways and sprawling residential properties common in this area. Drivers navigate through corporate office parks and residential streets to perform a direct hand-off or doorstep placement. Providing specific instructions for buildings with multiple entry points helps avoid arrival delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient in a gated community is unavailable and no access code was provided, we will contact you to coordinate a second attempt. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and size. Including the recipient’s phone number at checkout helps resolve access issues at security gates or locked building lobbies.
