Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to corporate offices and residential areas?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to corporate headquarters and multi-building campuses require the specific building name and recipient’s department. For residential gated communities, you must provide the gate access code at checkout. These details allow the driver to pass through security checkpoints and reach the correct lobby or desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered throughout the city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to manage the city's mix of high-security office towers and suburban residential streets. Drivers use designated delivery bays or guest parking to bring the arrangement directly to the reception desk or front door. Providing a specific suite number ensures the flowers reach the correct floor in multi-story office buildings.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original design. At office buildings, flowers are left with lobby security if the recipient is away from their desk. Including a suite number and a direct phone number for the recipient prevents failed deliveries at secured corporate entrances.
