Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Crompond?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large medical campuses and multi-wing healthcare facilities require a specific wing name and room number at checkout. For residential properties with long driveways or setback entrances, include any entry codes or gate instructions. These details allow the driver to navigate multi-building complexes and reach the correct entrance directly.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the front door or reception desk rather than being shipped in a box. The suburban layout includes many properties with hidden entrances, so providing clear house numbers and driveway access details prevents delays. At medical offices, flowers are handed to staff at the designated service entrance or front desk.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the flowers in a secure spot at the residence, such as a covered porch or side door. For medical facilities where room access is restricted, flowers are left with the nursing station or building reception. If a specific flower is unavailable, the florist selects a replacement of equal value that matches the color and style of the order.
