Question 1

How are deliveries handled for the large medical campuses and senior care facilities in Cortlandt Manor?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific wing and room number for deliveries to the town's sprawling healthcare and rehabilitation campuses. These large facilities have multiple entrances, so the building name is required for our drivers to find the correct reception desk. Mention if the recipient is a staff member or a patient to help facility security direct the delivery.

Question 2

Will my flowers be left in a box if the property has a long driveway or is hard to find?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the winding roads and wooded residential layouts common in this area. Drivers navigate the transition from main thoroughfares to private, hilly driveways to reach the front door directly. Include any specific gate codes or instructions if the house is not clearly visible from the main road.

Question 3

What is the process if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home at a private residence, we look for a neighbor who can accept the gift or a secure porch area. For deliveries to the town's professional offices or medical suites, we leave the arrangement with the front desk staff. If a specific flower is not available, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal or higher value.
