Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to local medical centers and corporate offices?

Accepted Answer

This city contains many expansive medical campuses and large corporate office parks with multiple wings and separate entrances. Please provide the specific building number and suite or department at checkout. This ensures the delivery person finds the correct reception area rather than stopping at a central security desk that might not accept deliveries.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and gated communities?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the city's mix of open residential streets and hillside gated communities. For homes in secured developments, provide the gate entry code or the recipient’s phone number at checkout. These details allow the driver to access the property directly instead of waiting at a perimeter gate.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, drivers look for a porch location hidden from the street, which is helpful in the city's denser residential blocks. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal or greater value. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver navigate access to multi-story apartment buildings or homes with high street visibility.
