Question 1

How are deliveries handled at the local medical campus and village apartments?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the regional medical campus require the specific wing and room number to navigate the multi-building layout. For apartments located above storefronts in the village center, include any rear-door instructions or entry codes for the residential levels. These details ensure the driver reaches the correct entrance in mixed-use buildings.

Question 2

How does the local terrain affect how flowers are delivered?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to keep them secure while navigating the winding, hilly roads outside the main village. For homes set back on wooded lots, providing a house color or mailbox description helps the driver identify the property. This information is necessary for locating residences where GPS can be unreliable due to elevation changes.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery location has a long driveway or no one is home?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not there, the driver will leave the flowers in a sheltered porch area, which is standard for homes with deep setbacks from the street. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal value. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver coordinate access for properties with long private drives or gated entrances.
