Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various medical complexes and gated communities in Conroe?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the large medical campuses along the highway, provide the specific building wing or department name at checkout. If the destination is a gated residential community, include the entry code or the recipient's phone number. These details allow our drivers to pass through secured gates and find the correct entrance in multi-building facilities.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand, and how do you navigate the city's layout?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered directly to the recipient to ensure it arrives exactly as pictured. In the downtown area where street parking is limited, we use service entrances to reach offices and storefronts. For homes in sprawling suburban developments, we use the recipient's phone number to help locate specific driveways that may be difficult to see from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a gated property or secured office is unavailable, we will call them to arrange a safe drop-off location. When a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a stem of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Providing a unit number for the city's multi-story apartment complexes reduces the risk of a failed delivery if the front desk is unattended.
