Question 1

Can you deliver to the medical campuses and office towers in Concord?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to large medical campuses and multi-story office buildings are made to central reception desks or lobby security stations. You must provide the recipient’s suite number, floor, or hospital department name at checkout. These details allow the courier to navigate buildings that restrict direct access to individual rooms or offices.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered given the city's suburban and commercial layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of detached suburban homes and busy commercial street fronts. Provide gate codes for any residential communities that require keypad entry to prevent the courier from being stopped at the perimeter. This method ensures flowers reach the recipient directly in areas where mailrooms do not accept perishable items.

Question 3

What happens if there are access issues or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will leave the arrangement with a front-desk manager or in a secured residential entryway. When a specific bloom is out of stock, a flower of equal value and similar color is used to maintain the arrangement's design. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver resolve entrance delays at gated complexes or secured professional buildings.
