Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to Cokato's specialized care centers and industrial sites?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to senior care centers or the manufacturing offices on the edge of town require a specific room number or department name at checkout. While residential properties here have open street access, these commercial sites require a designated contact person for front-desk entry. These details ensure the driver reaches the correct desk rather than leaving the arrangement at an unattended entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties and rural lots?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered instead of shipped in boxes to account for the spread-out residential layout and long driveways common in this area. If the property has a gated driveway or a specific porch preference, please include these details during checkout. Providing a side-door or porch instruction prevents the arrangement from being left in a location visible from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residential or commercial address?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the arrangement is left at the front door or with a neighbor if the property is an open-access residential lot. For orders at industrial sites or medical clinics, we substitute blooms with similar colors to meet timing when specific flowers are out of stock. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver navigate properties with unmarked house numbers or shared rural access points.
