Question 1

How do deliveries work for hospitals, offices, and secure buildings in Cocoa?

Accepted Answer

Cocoa has a mix of historic waterfront offices and high-density residential buildings with restricted access. For these locations, you must provide the suite number or the specific gate code at checkout. This information allows the courier to move past security or lobby areas to reach the recipient.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city's different layouts?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to navigate both the narrow street parking in the historic district and the wide driveways of inland residential areas. Drivers use short-term loading zones to walk orders into riverfront storefronts and businesses. For residential properties, providing a description of the house or a preferred drop-off spot helps the driver find the correct entrance on larger lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the courier will leave the arrangement in a shaded area or with the concierge found in many gated riverside buildings. When specific flowers are unavailable, they are replaced with different stems of the same color and value. Providing the recipient’s phone number is essential for the driver to coordinate access to secure mid-rise buildings and private residential complexes.
