Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in Clintondale?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to residential farm properties and orchard estates require specific descriptions for the primary residence. Provide the farm name or building number if the house is situated behind agricultural structures or large outbuildings. These details help drivers navigate private access roads that are not always visible from the main thoroughfare.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered and what do you need to know about the property?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the long driveways and set-back homes common in this rural landscape. Because many properties are located on winding roads with mailboxes placed far from the front door, we bring the arrangement directly to the porch. Please note if the property has a driveway gate or a specific turnoff to reach the main house.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the specific flowers I chose?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we place the arrangement in a secure spot near the front door to protect it from the open wind and sun found on these sprawling properties. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal appearance and value. Providing the recipient's phone number is essential for ensuring access to remote residential addresses or properties with long private drives.
