Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, and large industrial sites in Clewiston?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large industrial sugar processing sites require a specific gate number and department name for security clearance at the perimeter. For the local hospital, you must provide the room number so the driver can leave the flowers at the correct nursing station. Including a direct phone number for the recipient allows the driver to coordinate with security staff at these restricted-access locations.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by hand, and how does the town’s layout affect the delivery?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate Clewiston’s mix of residential grid streets and spread-out industrial outskirts. Since many homes near the lake feature open porches without shaded entryways, specify if there is a side door or a covered area for the driver to use. Providing clear instructions on gate codes or property access helps the driver avoid delays in more rural or fenced residential blocks.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, the driver identifies a shaded area away from the intense lakeside sun to protect the arrangement. When a specific flower is unavailable, the florist selects a replacement of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Accurate contact information for the sender and recipient reduces the chance of a failed delivery if an industrial gate is locked or a residential property is inaccessible.
