Question 1

How do I ensure delivery to the city’s large medical campuses or secured office buildings?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the local medical campuses require a specific building name or department because these facilities are spread across several blocks rather than a single tower. For gated residential communities or secured corporate offices, you must provide the gate code or the name of the front desk attendant. These details allow the driver to pass through perimeter security and deliver directly to the correct desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with long driveways or downtown storefronts?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the city's mix of narrow downtown streets and residential homes that sit far back from the main road. We require the recipient’s phone number to confirm the house location if the street number is not visible from the thoroughfare. This method ensures the arrangement is placed at the door rather than left near the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residence or an industrial site?

Accepted Answer

For residential addresses, the driver identifies a delivery spot hidden from the street-side view common in these open-access neighborhoods. At the city's large manufacturing plants or academic offices, the arrangement is left with the designated check-in desk if the recipient cannot be reached. If a specific flower is out of stock, the design is completed with a bloom of equal value that maintains the same color and size.
