Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to businesses and homes in Churubusco?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the small professional offices and clinics near the town center, please provide the specific department or desk name for street-level entry. For residential addresses, include instructions if the home is located on a private lane or has a deep setback from the road. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct entrance among the town's varied lot sizes and residential layouts.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered across the local layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the town's mix of sidewalk-access businesses and residential porches. Because there are no high-rise access or parking garage challenges, we deliver directly to the primary front door or reception area. Providing a specific porch location or side-door preference helps avoid delays on larger, open-access properties.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the flowers in a shaded, protected spot on the porch or with a neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar variety that maintains the original color and scale of the arrangement. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us confirm the location if the house number is only visible on a roadside mailbox rather than the building.
