Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campus or the residential hills in Cheverly?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the multi-wing medical campus, provide the specific building wing and room number to ensure security clearance at the front desk. If you are sending to a residential address on the town's steep hills, include any gate codes or instructions for finding the main entrance. Accurate room and unit numbers prevent delays at central receiving areas.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and offices throughout the city?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to navigate the mix of secured office complexes and detached homes on winding residential streets. This method allows us to leave flowers with receptionists in professional buildings or place them safely on porches. Identifying whether the location is a private residence or a shared office building helps our drivers plan for parking and building access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

We substitute missing stems with flowers of the same color and value to maintain the look of the bouquet. If a recipient is not home, we look for a secure spot protected from view on hilly residential properties or leave the order with a concierge. Providing a recipient phone number ensures we can resolve access issues at gated townhome communities or secured institutions.
