Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to homes and local facilities in Chaumont?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to village residences or waterfront cottages, please provide any specific driveway descriptions or gate codes at checkout. Because many properties are set back from the road on private lanes or points, these details ensure our driver locates the correct entrance. Accurate contact information is required for seasonal rentals where house numbers may be difficult to see from the main route.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered by a driver who understands the mix of narrow village streets and long gravel drives leading to the bay. We do not use boxed shipping, as hand delivery protects the flowers from the transit risks associated with rural routes. Providing a recipient phone number allows us to verify access for properties located on private peninsulas or shared drives.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not at their village home or lakefront property, we will seek a secure porch area protected from the wind. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same color palette. Including a neighbor's name or a secondary phone number helps us avoid delays when a driveway is blocked or an entrance is secured.
