Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical clinics or offices in Charleston?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main reception desks of professional offices and small medical clinics throughout the city. Enter the specific department name and desk location at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct recipient within these shared buildings. For residential deliveries, specify if the house has a screened porch or a side entrance where the arrangement can be placed.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered to residential properties?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered and never left in shipping boxes on open lawns or exposed front steps. Because most local homes have direct street access without security gates, providing a specific drop-off point like a back door or carport helps keep the delivery secure. These details prevent the driver from having to leave the flowers in an area visible from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not there, the driver leaves the flowers with a neighbor or in a shaded porch area because local houses lack secured entry vestibules. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a different variety of the same color and value. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver confirm the delivery for houses that sit far back from the street.
