Question 1

How does delivery work for local residences, offices, and secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

Many homes in this area are located within gated communities or private enclaves that require security clearance for entry. At checkout, you must provide the gate code or the recipient's full name to ensure the driver is granted access at the kiosk. These details prevent the delivery from being restricted at the entrance or left at a security gate.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city's residential layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the winding suburban roads and steep driveways that are common throughout the hills here. The driver will bring the flowers directly to the front door or to the reception desk of professional office suites. Providing specific instructions for properties with long or shared driveways helps avoid delays in finding the correct entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the flowers in a shaded area of the porch or with a neighbor if the residence is behind a security gate. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be used to maintain the shape and color of the arrangement. Including a recipient cell phone number is required to resolve access issues at locked gates or private roads.
