Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different locations in Canton?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the central historic district require specific suite numbers due to limited street parking and multi-use buildings. For the large industrial manufacturing complexes on the outskirts, please provide the specific gate entrance or employee department to clear security. These details allow the driver to navigate both the dense town center and high-security workplaces efficiently.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in Canton?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to navigate the variety of property types, from tight town-center storefronts to sprawling rural estates. Because many homes here have long private drives or gated entries, please provide any necessary access codes at checkout. This ensures the arrangement is placed directly at the door rather than left at a distant roadside mailbox or gate.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we utilize the deep covered porches common in local residential architecture to keep the arrangement protected and out of sight. When specific flowers are out of stock, we substitute with similar blooms of equal value to ensure the delivery is made on time. Including a recipient phone number helps our drivers locate homes situated on unpaved or poorly marked rural roads.
