Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in this city?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the regional medical campus or local funeral homes requires a specific building wing and room number at checkout. Our couriers check in at central reception desks to navigate these larger facilities and follow their internal delivery protocols. Providing these details ensures the arrangement reaches the correct floor in these multi-building environments.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the city's mix of dense historic blocks and newer residential developments with deep setbacks. Provide gate codes or specific instructions for long driveways to help the courier locate the front door in the more spread-out areas of town. This direct delivery method avoids the placement of boxes in areas visible from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a shaded spot at the entry or a neighbor who can accept the delivery, as many residential streets here have open-access porches. If a specific stem is unavailable, we use a flower of equal value that keeps the same size and appearance. Including the recipient's phone number helps us resolve access issues for properties set back far from the street.
